The Offer Opportunity within a company with a solid track record of performance Fantastic work culture Opportunity to make a positive impact The Job Strategic People Partnership Responsibilities: Deliver impactful/value adding people services & solutions to stakeholder Nurture employee peak performance Offer mentoring and coaching to members of the team Work with the Head of People & Culture in developing & delivering strategies Align business objectives with employee and management of designated business units Formulate partnerships across the P&C functions to deliver value added services/solutions to management and employees Cultivate Zigzag Culture within the assigned business unit and seek out synergies Consult with line management providing P&C guidance when appropriate Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required. Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation Develops contract terms for new hires, promotions and transfers Assists international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met Work with Head of People & Culture in Strategy Development and Delivery Coaching & mentoring of other members of the team Any other tasks that may be assigned The Profile Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree 4+ years relevant work experience Strong communication and people skills, can inspire & empower people Strong problem discovery and problem solving skills Creativity, curiosity and a strong growth mindset Excellent organizational and time management skills Strategic thinker Coaching and mentoring skills *Must be willing to report full time onsite in Ortigas The Employer Our client uphold the highest standards of information security and operational efficiency.
