Job Title: HR Country Consultant – Germany Location: Fully Remote (based in Germany) Contract Type: Temporary (9-10 months, depending on start date) Start Date: As soon as possible Job Description: Our client is seeking a highly skilled HR Country Consultant to join their team. This fully remote role focuses on leveraging your deep understanding of German employment law and HR expertise to drive compliance and implement HR strategies within Germany. Key Responsibilities: Compliance and Legislative Requirements: Co-own and manage complex country compliance and legislative matters. HR Service Delivery: Collaborate with the operational People Support team and other stakeholders to deliver HR services. Project Support: Assist in preparing and executing people-related projects such as redundancies, acquisitions, and divestitures. Works Council Engagement: Prepare for and support engagements with the country Works Council. Employee Relations: Provide support for Employee Relations escalations as needed. Who You Are: Expert in German Employment Law: You have extensive knowledge of local employment laws and HR practices in Germany. Trusted HR Consultant: You are a reliable advisor with experience in German Works Councils. Business Acumen: You demonstrate effective stakeholder management and communication skills. Strategic and Critical Thinker: You possess strategic agility and sound judgment. Dynamic and Collaborative: You can work effectively in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
