What you'll be doing:  Work closely with the HR team to ensure strategies, objective, and HR directions are rolled out at the regional level. Partner with Management team to drive company culture and SOPs. Partner and collaborate with Management Team to drive HR-related initiatives and action plans. Responsible for communication through internal channels to Executives and Associates. Support Management in handling Employee Relations matters. Support employee engagement initiatives and events, and conducting associate surveys. Providing support to all Associates on HR related inquiries. Job Requirements: What you'll need: 1-3 years’ experience in HR capacity. CPHR considered an asset. Good understanding of information security, privacy, and compliance concepts.
