Human Resources Coordinator

The Offer Attractive Salary & Benefits The Job The Human Resources Coordinator will be based in Saudi Arabia, and responsible for providing support to the human resources HQ team based in Kuala Lumpur in various areas including recruitment, employee relations, and other administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong understanding of human resources policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and assist with recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases. Support the onboarding process for new employees, including conducting orientation sessions and assisting with new hire paperwork. Assist with employee relations matters, including conducting investigations, addressing employee concerns, and maintaining confidential records. Coordinate and participate in employee training and development programs. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant employment laws and regulations. Provide administrative support to the HQ human resources team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining HR files and documents. Assist with performance management processes, including conducting performance evaluations and maintaining performance records. Handle employee inquiries at all levels. The Profile Bachelor's degree in human resources, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in a human resources role. Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and highly organized. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
