
Human Resources Coordinator - Tamheer
Salla is looking for a detail-oriented Human Resources Operation Coordinator to join our team through the Tamheer program. In this role, you will assist with the daily operations of the HR department, ensuring efficient processes and effective support for our employees. You will work closely with HR managers and other team members to facilitate various HR functions.
Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating day-to-day HR operations and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Help manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Dealing with employee complaints, comments, requests, and inquiries.
- Conduct employee surveys and assist with the analysis of results.

- Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Prior experience in an HR role or related field is a plus.
- Knowledge of HR practices and labor laws is desirable.
