Human Resources Executive

Job Description We are looking for a dedicated HR Executive to join our team and support our growing workforce.  The role includes the followings but not limited to:- Recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interview schedules. Support onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs. Collaborate with team leads to address employee concerns and facilitate performance management processes. Organize and participate in employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and team-building activities. Conduct exit interviews and analyse feedback to improve retention strategies. Stay updated on labour laws and industry trends to ensure compliance and best practices. Coordinate and facilitate employee training and development programs to enhance skill sets and career growth. Handle employee queries and provide support regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits. Assist in performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions. Prepare HR reports and presentations using tools like Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets. Requirements Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a tech or startup environment. Proficiency in HR tools such as Zoho, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle team dynamics effectively. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
