Job Overview We are seeking a Human Resources Executive to join our team at Sri Sai Overseas Recruitment. This full-time junior-level position is based in Naroda. The ideal candidate will have between 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience and will be responsible for supporting HR operations that align with our company objectives across our global recruitment and consultancy services. Qualifications and Skills Experience with HRIS systems to efficiently manage and automate HR processes and data. Proven skills in talent acquisition, ensuring the identification and recruitment of top-quality candidates. Strong employee relations skills to effectively manage and resolve workplace issues and concerns. Experience in performance management to foster and maintain a high-performing work environment. Understanding of compensation and benefits management to design competitive packages. Knowledgeable in labor law compliance to ensure the organization adheres to all regulations. Adept at implementing diversity and inclusion strategies to promote an inclusive workplace culture. Ability to lead change management initiatives to support organizational changes and improvements. Roles and Responsibilities Support HR operations by implementing effective HR strategies aligned with organizational goals. Manage the recruitment process to attract, select, and retain the best talent for various roles. Facilitate employee relations and maintain a positive work environment through effective communication. Assist in the design and implementation of performance management systems to optimize employee performance. Ensure accurate and effective management of compensation and benefits programs. Stay informed on relevant labor laws and ensure organizational compliance with legal standards. Contribute to fostering a diverse and inclusive workforce through strategic initiatives and policies. Participate in change management activities to ensure smooth transitions during organizational changes.
