Human Resources Executive (Medical, MNC, Contract)
Job Description: Implement and enforce consistency with recruiting policies and procedures Manage and track all external and internal postings for high volume hiring internal and external positions Participates in recruiting events, such as job fairs and other candidate engagement events Coordinates interviews and drives the hiring process Commits to the continuous process improvement by escalating recurrent issues, or operational trends Ensures the quality of process documentation Works on regular reporting – updated database and creating dashboards Preparing folders and offers/contracts and on-boarding matters Requirements: Min. dip/degree in Human Resources/ Business Administration Min 1 year of HR generalist role Proficient in SAP, V Look up, Pivot table Email Subject: Human Resources Executive (Medical, Pharma) Leon Leong De Cong R1551708
