Human Resources Generalist From $75,000 to $95,000 per year Edmonton Branch 25 Richardson Drive, St. Albert, AB T8N 7W4 Uline's Human Resources team works hard to find and retain the best talent. Position Responsibilities Support recruiting team and hiring managers to ensure successful selection and onboarding of top talent. Apply specific strategies, best practices and techniques to meet the demands of high-volume recruiting. Participate in job fairs and college recruitment events and activities. Plan and coordinate new employee orientation and training sessions. Manage 30-day and 90-day new hire surveys and reporting. Support benefits and leave administration programs, including short-term disability, workers’ compensation and personal leaves.  Assist with employee engagement initiatives. Keep up to date on and act as a backup for all HR Coordinator responsibilities. Maintain functional knowledge of provincial legislation and processes. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field. 3+ years Human Resources experience. CPHR designation an asset. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Strong verbal and written communication skills.
