Which you will get the chance to grow and develop in various areas in the HR is according to the Job rotations and assignmentsManage Employee relations regarding pay, benefits, and overtimeSite Services to ensure facilities are maintained, enhanced, and conducive to employee wellbeing and productivity. Gather employee insight to continuously improve workplace experience.Labor & Services handling budget, KPIs, qualifications and Contracts.Talents Hiring and developmentCoordinate sitewide initiatives such as new hire onboarding, organizational events, and more.Ensure site operations are compliant with employee relations policies, safety and security requirements, digital information security, and PVPs.External Relations and managing site securityJob QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.Experience managing benefits, services and employee relationsPeople oriented and results driven.Knowledge of HR systems.Strong organizing and analytical thinking;Excellent Speaking & Writing English.ABOUT USWe produce globally recognized brands and we grow the best business leaders in the industry.
