Human Resources (HR) Assistant

We are offering a unique opportunity for a Bilingual (French) Human Resources (HR) Assistant to become a part of our team in Toronto, Ontario. As an HR Assistant, your main responsibility will be to manage inquiries from corporate and franchise restaurants, process necessary requests, and redirect issues to the appropriate contacts. This role requires a deep understanding of the situation and the ability to provide empathetic support.Responsibilities:• Act as the first point of contact for corporate and franchise restaurants, handling complaints and requests effectively• Process ROE requests with high precision and efficiency• Use ADP and ADP Workforce Now for various HR-related tasks• Carry out auditing and background checks in line with industry standards• Utilize HRMS and Ceridian for HR management tasks• Use About Time for efficient time tracking and management• Oversee benefit functions to ensure employee satisfaction and compliance• Provide outstanding customer service to all stakeholders• Use ATS for efficient and effective asynchronous transfer modes• Utilize basic office software for daily tasks and communication.• Must be 100% Bilingual (French)• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is required.• Proficiency in using ADP Workforce Now is essential.• Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is necessary.• Experience with Ceridian is expected.• Ability to work with HRMS is required.• Familiarity with About Time software is necessary.• Auditing skills are crucial for this role.• Experience in conducting Background Checks is essential.• Knowledge of Benefit Functions is important.• Excellent Customer Service skills are required.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
