Human Resources Learning and Development Officer – Swift Consulting
Responsibilities• Organizing training materials and overseeing training programs, as well as ensuring that the costs of planned programs don’t exceed the provided budget.• Monitor and evaluate the progress of trainees, work with department managers to assess training and development needs, provide senior management with trainees’ program reports.• Assisting with the design of training materials for existing employees and new hires, as well as resolving any training-related issues that may arise.• Researching new HR technologies and training software solutions, and expected to stay up to date with the latest developments and news in the Human Resources field.• Identify training and development needs of all the departments within the company.• Work with department managers to develop training programs and ensure they deliver results.• Track and assess the progress of trainees and provide reports to the senior management.• Research the latest HR technologies and training software• Answer employee questions and inquiries related to training and development programs and resolve any training-related issues if they arise.Only qualified candidates will be contacted.Swift Consulting……… “TIMELY BUSINESS SUPPORT”.
