Nottingham – hybrid, 3 days a week on site, 2 days from home

Have you got experience leading operationally focused HR BPs/Senior HR Advisors?
I am currently supporting a fast paced, ever-changing business of c800 employees to source a HR Manager on a 12 month FTC basis. This role will be working closely with the COO, CCO and Divisional MDs to deliver the 12 month people plan set by the HR Director before they go on maternity leave. This is an organisation that have come on leaps and bounds with their people support over the last 2 years and have plenty of change ahead of them. I am looking for someone that is comfortable, delivering a pre-set strategy, support 2 well established HR BPs and a small HR admin team, to keep the business moving forward through this period of maternity leave.
Experience working in a fast paced, high volume environment and adhering to regulations would be beneficial in this role, but ultimately, the decision will be made based on cultural fit and ability to engage and manage senior C-suite level stakeholders on HR process change.
So, what’s the role?
- Delivering a 12 month people plan with a focus on management upskilling, retention and HR process
- Coaching and leading a small team of operationally focused HR BPs and HR Admins
- Working closely with C-suite level stakeholders to engage and manage them through HR change and process
- Manage the day to day operational HR requirements and act as a point of escalation for any complex ER matters
