Job Title: Human Resources Manager Job Summary: Serves as a resource to both employees and management with respect to employee relations, benefits administration, policies, and other assignments.  The Human Resources Manager safeguards materials in a confidential manner and processes and responds to inquiries regarding unemployment, workman’s compensation, and complies with all state and federal employment regulations.  Performs all hiring practices in conjunction with departmental managers according to business needs.   Requirements:   Strong background in a Generalist role and is comfortable interacting with all levels of personnel in a variety of settings with a high degree of sensitivity and confidentiality.  10+ Years of relevant work experience, knowledge of payroll processes, benefits admin, recruiting and hiring, compliance.  

Approx 10-15 hours per week, depending on the week.  This job is in-person in our Vienna, VA store.
