Human Resources Officer (5331/HRO/ESS/GR)This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Officer responsible for providing support in a wide range of HR functions including payroll, employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, staffing and employment law compliance. The role reports to the Head of HR.Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:Responsibilities:Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and dutiesConduct initial orientation (onboarding) to newly hired employeesDeal with the employee training and development planSupervises the payroll process run by external providerMonitor the labor law framework and reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures that policies, procedures and reporting are in compliancePrepare required daily, monthly, quarterly and annual reports as well as special reports as requestedParticipate in the annual evaluation performance processMaintain employee personnel files and information (new hires, transfers, terminations, absences etc.)Assist with compensation and benefits planning and administrationComplete the benefit and compensation surveys and analyzes data as needed, in cooperation with the Head of HRSupport the implementation and coordination of employee eventsRequirements:At least 8 years of broad based HR experience, preferably in the Banking sectorBachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related fieldKnowledge and understanding of Greek employment and labor lawsExcellent knowledge of HR principles and practices, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefitsFluency in English (both written and verbal)Proficient with MS Office and HR softwareDesired Qualities:Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentialityHands-on mentality combined with can-do attitudePositive and results orientedDemonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environmentExcellent oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skillsΠαροχές:
