Job Description
In the position of Talent and Culture Project Manager Europe and North Africa, you will work as part of a group of experts contributing to and delivering to all Hotel Partners (spanning across 45 countries), the tools to support a full 360 Talent Management lifecycle for their hotel teams.
These include (and are not limited to):
- Talent Acquisition
- Talent Development
- Talent Experience
- Talent Management
Your overall style and approach will be a balance of visionary and operational. Listening, adapting and delivering to the needs of your stakeholders will see your success in this role.
In addition to the above, here is a further insight into this fantastic opportunity:
- Coordinating General Manager Onboarding Programs
- Leading/facilitating face to face virtual events
- Designing and creating new tools to be utilised by Operational Leaders
The Talent and Culture Project Manager role is an ideal opportunity for someone previously in a People role with some Project experience who can successfully connect, collaborate and drive regional alignment through what they deliver. This role requires a high level of written and spoken English.
Qualifications
- You will come equipped with at least 5 years experience in Talent and Culture or a similar Operational role
- Project Management, ideally on an international platform is highly desirable
- Digitally savvy
- In your previous roles, you will have worked with pace and agility in an ever changing business ecosystem to constantly deliver against the needs of your stakeholders
