This role requires to be experienced in management of Human Resources operation and all stakeholders.Your RoleThe role will focus primarily on different administrational tasks, transactional HR-processes and service delivery to our employees, managers and other internal/external stakeholdersThe role interfaces with other HR functions and can/may include project supportYour Profile Manages all tasks related to the employee’s lifecycle (from entry to exit)Acts as first point of contact for all HR-Services and Training related queries and supports the HR Business Partners and Shared Services &Total Rewards Team in general administrative tasksProvides highly responsive HR advice and service delivery related to labor law, international HR management (Work Permit and Relocation) and current HR policies and practicesOwns administration of employee lifecycle events (e.g. Marriage, Birth, Years of Service) as well as any type of organizational / employment contract changesClose collaboration with our Payroll / Time & Attendance colleagues as well as the Corporate HR-Team and regional teams, as neededHandling of personnel filing(Limited) Data Maintenance of certain master data in our core HR System Supports monthly onboarding for new employees, including allocation of training sessions, conducting training, communication & follow-upsParticipation in the annual salary and short-term-incentive round as well as employee share participation planHR process documentation with MS VisioProject related tasks as applicableSupport the team & direct manager with PowerPoint or another document / file creationInterdepartmental supervision and coordination of apprentices in all professions (e.g. recruitment, marketing, events) as well as close cooperation with vocational and practical trainersContribution to our operational health management related events and activities.Other tasks as per HR Shared Services agenda / priority listPersonal qualifications for the position:At least 4 years of professional experience in a comparable functionSound knowledge of Turkey social security and tax scheme, international HR management and Turkey labor law; Payroll knowledge is a plusProficient user of HR databases/systems Very good knowledge of MS Office 365Fluency in English Accountable personality with a structured and pragmatic working styleTrustworthy, discreet and competent appearanceResilient, reliable and future- as well as solution-oriented personalityIndependent and structured way of working All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, or disability.Employment Type: Full Time Alternative Locations: Turkey : Ankara || Turkey : Istanbul || Turkey : İstanbul Travel Percentage: 0 - 20% Requisition ID: 14284 Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer (US applicants only)Straumann Group is an equal opportunity employer and will not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment on the basis of race, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, creed, national origin, age, veteran status, or disability unrelated to job requirements.
