Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated, assertive, proactive, and organized Payroll and HR Administration Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing payroll processes, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws, and supporting HR administration functions. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Key Responsibilities: Payroll Management: Process employee payroll accurately and on time. Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies. Manage payroll records and reports. Address payroll-related queries and issues. HR Administration: Provide a professional, helpful, and positive attitude while communicating effectively with internal colleagues and potential applicants. Represent and promote Worldwide Zoo Consultants with a professional brand image. Actively listen to staff to understand their needs, concerns, and feedback, ensuring that their voices are heard and addressed effectively. Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection. Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process. Administer and manage employee compensation and benefits programs. Maintain and update employee records, including employment contracts and personal information. Ensure the accurate and timely execution of HR transactions, including onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and employee data & records management, in accordance with established policies and procedures. Promote a positive workplace culture and facilitate employee engagement initiatives. Develop, implement, and maintain standardized HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency across project locations. Identify opportunities for process improvements and support initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Support career development initiatives and succession planning. Maintain HR information systems (HRIS) and ensure data accuracy. Generate HR reports and analyze data to support decision-making. Manage employee attendance and leave records. Experience, Skills & Requirements: Strong organizational and verbal and written communication skills within the English language. Ability to conduct themselves in a professional, positive manner with co-workers, guests, and clients. Strong attention to detail and proactive, self-motivated, independent problem solver. Flexibility and ability to multi-task and work well under pressure. Knowledge of UAE labor laws. Minimum 7 years of experience in the UAE. Sensitivity to confidential materials required. Strong computer software, word processing, typing, and internet research skills. High school or college-level coursework desirable with a good academic background. Minimum 6 years of full-time work experience in HR administration or payroll; previous employment experience within the country this position is posted for is preferred.
