A major HVAC company has an exciting opportunity for a Branch Sales Manager in Albany, New York!

• $70,000-$90,000+ Base Salary
• Up to $15,000 Annual Bonus

OVERVIEW:

Working as HVAC Branch Sales Manager, you will lead the branch team and be responsible for all elements of the branch business, including ownership of the branch P&L. Responsibilities include working with company leadership to grow sales, hire and develop personnel, manage daily branch operations, improve operational efficiency and other day to day activities such as receiving, shipping, sourcing, and inventory management as needed to ensure success of the business. The BSM will train and oversee a team of 4-6 employees including warehouse personnel and retail workers.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Create and execute local sales plan to exceed business goals
• Manage daily operations
• Grow sales and increase operation excellence
• Effectively lead and motivate your team
• Expand existing customer base and identify growth strategies for new sales channels

Required Qualifications

• 3+ Years Exp in Outside Sales & Retail Management
• Prior leadership roles with P&L responsibility required
• Prior HVAC sales or customer service experience required
• Demonstrated ability to rapidly grow sales in a retail environment
• Experience building and maintaining cross-functional relationships
• Experience analyzing and using customer, market, and competitor data to make informed decisions and business planning

Qualifications

• Experience working with HVAC contractors strongly
• Computer literacy with proficiency with MS Office applications
• Experience with Salesforce
• Ability to function at an above average level in a technical environment
• Prior experience using warehouse and/or inventory management software
