Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven HVAC Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining existing accounts, and promoting our HVAC products and services. You’ll be engaging with homeowners, property managers, and businesses to understand their heating and cooling needs and offer customized solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Present HVAC products and services to potential clients, both residential and commercial.
  • Conduct site assessments and provide accurate product recommendations and quotes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Close sales and meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date on HVAC industry trends, products, and technologies.
  • Work with installation and service teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Provide after-sales support and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in HVAC sales or related industry .
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, products, and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
