HVAC Commercial Lead Installer

We are seeking an HVAC Commercial Lead Installer to become a part of our team! You will lead a small team in the installation of commercial HVAC systems.

Responsibilities:

• Install commercial HVAC equipment, duct work and system controls
• Lead a team of 2-3 in commercial projects 
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Track all equipment and supplies
• Perform other duties as assigned 
• Communicate with superiors on project status, along the way
• Stay on track with timelines provided 

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an HVAC lead on commercial projects
• Familiarity with tools and equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Ability to lead a team 
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Dependable and consistent
• Good time management
