RPC Staffing is looking for experienced HVAC Installers. Are you an experienced HVAC technician looking for a rewarding opportunity in the construction industry? We want you to be part of our dynamic team that builds quality homes from the ground up!

Position: HVAC Technician
Location: DFW
Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and/or commercial construction projects
• Collaborate with project managers and other trades to ensure seamless integration
• Conduct inspections and troubleshoot HVAC issues
• Adhere to safety protocols and building codes
• Be available to work nights and weekends, on rotating basis.
• Technicians are responsible for providing their own tools to perform

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an HVAC technician, preferably in residential construction
• 5-10 years of experience in related field
• Relevant certifications and licenses (TDLR License) (EPA Certification)
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and best practices
• Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
