HVAC Controls Installer

Responsibilities:

- Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems controls-Installation of conduit & wiring
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC controls system issues
- Perform regular maintenance on BAS systems to ensure efficient operation
- Repair or replace defective parts in HVAC controls systems
- Test HVAC controls and Building Management systems to ensure proper functioning
- Install and connect HVAC controls according to specifications
- Inspect and maintain Building Automation Systems
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used

Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC Technician, Controls Technician or Electrician
- Experience with HVAC equipment-Boilers, Chillers, Cooling Towers, RTU’s, Split-Systems, VAV’s, Fan Coils
- Proficient in diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC systems
- Familiarity with field service work and repair

-Previous knowledge of Schneider Electric products is a plus

Job Type: Full-time (Non Union)

Pay: $40.00 - $55.00 per hour base rate

Prevailing wages will apply where applicable
