Staff Up is hiring for skilled HVAC Customer Support in Lancaster TX 75134!

Preferably someone that has extensive field experience, has worked with mini split units and may be looking to transition out of the field

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 HR Based on Experience

Shift: Monday to Friday (Plus Overtime when needed)

Hours: 3 Shifts available: 8AM-4PM / 9AM-5PM/ 10AM-6PM

Career Growth & Compensation Bonus plan, earn up to $1500 in Bonuses!

Duties

  • Answering calls and providing guidance on technical issues related to mini-split air conditioning systems.
  • Learning Cooper & Hunter and Olmo HVAC products, error codes, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Troubleshooting units as well as assessing if parts will need to be replaced and ordered over the phone.
  • Assisting clients with warranty registration and orders for replacement parts.
  • Documenting technical support calls for internal records.
  • Assisting with testing and minor repairs of equipment when needed.

Qualifications

  • Experience and knowledge with MINI-SPLIT units
  • Electrical wiring experience
  • Comfortable using computers and computer systems.
  • Customer Service experience
  • 2-5 years of HVAC service experience
  • 1-3 years HVAC troubleshooting experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (phone, email, in person).
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) .
