HVAC Mechanical Estimator

Location: Nottingham-based (office-based)

Salary: Up to £55k + car

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for HVAC projects
• Perform material, labour & equipment take-offs
• Analyse subcontractor & supplier quotes
• Collaborate with design teams for cost-efficient solutions
• Prepare & present estimates and bid packages
• Stay updated on industry trends & costs
• Maintain accurate records of estimates & bids

Qualifications & Experience:

• HND / HNC or Bachelor’s in HVAC mechanical services ()
• 7+ years in HVAC & mechanical estimating
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems & design principles
• Proficiency in estimating software & spreadsheets
• Strong analytical, organisational & communication skills
