Job Summary:
As an HVAC Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our HVAC service department. Your primary responsibility will be to efficiently schedule and dispatch service technicians to customer locations, maintain communication between technicians and customers, and ensure timely resolution of service requests. Your ability to multitask, prioritize, and communicate effectively will be essential in this role.

Responsibilities:

This position is the air traffic controller of our HVAC service vertical. Multi-tasking, busy position that works closely with the Service Manager and other team members.

Phones

Setting up new customers in database (CRM) for service and or preventative maintenance

Dispatching 4 techs

Assist with quoting service

Warranty part research and processing

PO Assignment

PO Invoice/statement matching back to job for job costing

Payment processing

Reconcile service payments

Hours 7-430

One week a month of phone on call rotation – 430pm-830pm Monday - Friday and Saturday -Sunday
