Now Hiring: HVAC Dispatcher

Oxnard CA | Full-Time | Service & Scheduling Department

Are you a master at multitasking and keeping things running like clockwork? We’re looking for a highly organized, fast-paced HVAC Dispatcher to join our growing team! Your role is key to keeping our technicians on schedule and our customers happy.

What You’ll Do:

Schedule and dispatch service technicians

Coordinate with service technicians and management

Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and updates

Manage the daily schedule for maximum efficiency

Monitor job progress and make real-time adjustments as needed

Maintain accurate records of service calls, work orders, and technician availability

Ensure timely completion of service calls and follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction

✅ What We’re Looking For:

1+ year of dispatching experience (HVAC or similar field )

Excellent phone and customer service skills

Strong attention to detail and time management

Comfortable with scheduling software, CRM systems, and multitasking

Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
