Your Responsibilities:
- Collaborate effectively with your team to achieve shared goals.
- Conduct experiments to evaluate system performance.
- Analyze and interpret test data to enhance system design.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Travel as needed to different company locations.
- Utilize SolidWorks and AutoCAD to create and edit models and drawings.
- Manage Bills of Materials (BOMs) using SAP software.
- Develop various mechanical, electrical, and electronic components and assemblies.
- Update models based on revisions and company guidelines.
- Adhere to revision control practices and ISO processes.
- Interpret system and product design requirements.
- Communicate internally and externally with precision.
- Provide technical support for engineering programs/projects.
- Uphold quality and safety standards.
What You Bring:
- A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Previous HVAC experience in commercial, industrial, or military contexts.
- 3-5 years of engineering-related work experience.
- Knowledge of MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461, and MIL-STD-464 is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks or equivalent software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- PC-based computer expertise, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Sheet metal experience is advantageous.
