Ensure a steady supply of water, electricity, air condition and gas. Responsible for rushing repair on accident conditions. and coordinate the service contractors and equipment suppliers. Manage the performance and evaluation for the supplier’s spot check, maintenance.ling the duty of environment protection, occupational safety and safety in production and operation. supervisor to complete reconstruction, removal and energy-saving project in production line.Background & Skillsor degree or above in HVAC or mechanical relate field, familiar with the construction, electrical and mechanical drawings.2.8+ years clean room maintenance experiences of electronics/pharmaceutical factory, with project management experience is preferred. HVAC system calculation and analysis ability, Proficient with Microsoft office software and CAD software. basic English written and communication skills. strong work sense of responsibility, initiative and self-consciousness. ability of analysing and resolving problem.
