Our client is one of the largest facilities management and maintenance contractors in the UK, offering market leading opportunities for talented professionals looking for long term career progression.\n\nDue to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for an HVAC Engineer - Night Shift to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.\n\nWe are looking for an HVAC Engineer - Night Shift who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.\n\nAs the HVAC Engineer - Night Shift, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.\n\nThe HVAC Engineer - Night Shift, will be responsible for:\n\n * Carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance & Reactive Maintenance on these appliances.\n\n * Being the site lead on the air conditioning.\n\n * Carrying out diagnostic checks and fault finding.\n\n * Undertaking general maintenance tasks to assist the general maintenance team.\n\n * Participating in an out of hours call out rota.\n\n * Completing all work-related documentation accurately and on time.\n\nTo be successful for this HVAC Engineer - Night Shift role you must have:\n\n * Qualifications F-GAS and City & Guilds/NVQ level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration.\n\n * Knowledge of Health & Safety, procedures.\n\n * Pro-active and positive approach to work\n\n * Full UK driving licence.\n\n * Excellent customer service.\n\nIf you feel you have the necessary skills set and experience to perform this HVAC Engineer - Night Shift role, and you are interested in an opportunity offering unparalleled career development, please apply now
