This opportunity allows you to showcase your expertise in estimation and engineering, contributing significantly to the success of prominent projects. The Responsibilities Produce precise and timely estimates for HVAC projects Collaborate closely with project teams to grasp client requirements effectively. Scrutinise project specifications, drawings, and associated documents to ascertain material, labour, and equipment costs accurately. Conduct thorough site visits and engage with subcontractors and suppliers to gather essential information. Aid in crafting project proposals and budgets The Requirements A minimum of 2 years' experience in the HVAC industry, ideally in estimation or engineering capacities.
