DiCicco Development, Inc. is a fully integrated Commercial Office Real Estate Developer. Be part of the facilities team to maintain a class “A” office portfolio in the Pittsburgh Airport Area of 1,000,000+ sf.

Primary functions of the job include ensuring the proper working order of commercial systems in class a office portfolio. Candidate must have strong knowledge and understanding of class “A” office building HVAC systems (e.g. 50+ ton package RTUs, chillers, boilers, VAVs and FPBs, etc.); computer proficient; organized; and basic technical skills. At least 5 years experience required. Very competitive salary and benefits package offered.
