Qualifications

· 5 -7 years’ experience
· Driver’s license and method of transportation is required

Accountabilities

· Responsible for all day to day HVAC related items on the project.
· Responsible all employees and subcontractors are working safely.
· Responsible to order materials to complete the project.
· Responsible for layout.
· Responsible to proactively manage the project by pushing the project where any available work is available to us.
· Communicate issues with Project Team
· Ability to assume responsibility, interface, and communicate effectively with others
· Analyze and resolve work problems
