Pay: $110,000 - 140,000 annually + Bonus based on performance goals determined by ownership and company profit

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of management experience, preferably in HVAC or the construction industry.
- Commercial and residential HVAC experience .
- Contracting experience in the construction industry strongly .
- Proven track record in operations and business management success.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Docs, and industry software such as ServiceTitan and QuickBooks.
- Strong leadership, mentorship, and team-building abilities.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and objective in decision-making.
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
Job Duties:
- Ensure proper installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in compliance with Florida building codes and industry standards.
- Stay informed on energy efficiency regulations, permitting requirements, and seasonal service demands.
- Develop and manage budgets, monitor profit and loss (P&L), and implement cost-control measures.
- Oversee job costing, pricing strategies, and project estimates to maintain profitability.
- Manage inventory, negotiate with suppliers, and control equipment and parts expenses.
- Oversee scheduling and dispatching of technicians to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and equipment maintenance standards.
- Manage fleet operations, ensuring vehicles are properly maintained and utilized efficiently.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Drive sales of maintenance contracts, system upgrades, and financing options.
- Build and maintain relationships with homeowners, property managers, and commercial clients.
- Recruit, hire, and train HVAC technicians, administrative personnel, and other key team members.
- Implement performance management strategies to ensure high employee engagement and retention.
- Promotes a culture that reflects the organization's values, encourages good performance, and rewards productivity
- Manage employee scheduling, payroll, and workforce development programs.
- Oversee local marketing efforts, including digital advertising, social media, and SEO strategies.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and community engagement.
- Manage online reputation, including customer reviews and business ratings.
- Maintain proper licensing and certifications for the company and its technicians.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal HVAC industry regulations, including EPA refrigerant handling standards.
- Monitor insurance requirements and implement risk management strategies.
