Job Overview

We are seeking an HVAC Installer Helper to join our team. Looking for someone eager to learn, and eager to grow in a fast-growing FAMILY business. Install experience is , but no experience is necessary as we are also willing to train on the job. Only qualifications needed are hardworking, honest, and showing up! 

Duties

• Install HVAC systems according to manufacturer specifications and local codes.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heating and cooling equipment.
• Troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems to diagnose problems accurately.
• Collaborate with other technicians to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs.
• Assist in the installation of ductwork and insulation as needed.
• Conduct system checks to ensure optimal performance post-installation.

Experience

• Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role is .
• Familiarity with appliance repair, equipment repair, and property maintenance is advantageous.
• Mechanical knowledge is essential for diagnosing issues and performing repairs effectively.
• Experience as a service technician in the HVAC field is highly desirable.
• Ability to operate a van for transportation to job sites is required.
• Skills in building, refrigerating, or boiling systems will be considered a plus.
