SMV Air is currently searching for HVAC Install AND Service Technicians.  


 Typical Installation Duties Include:

• Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• Knowledge of all state and local codes
• Inspect and perform equipment and replacements
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Keep accurate records of activity
• Submit required paperwork daily

Typical Service duties include:

• Diagnose and repair residential split systems
• Willing to participate in on call rotation if needed
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Keep accurate records of activity
• Submit required paperwork

Minimum Qualifications Required:

• Drug-Free Workplace: Must be able to pass a drug test upon hiring and any time during employment (random drug testing with a zero-tolerance policy).
• Drivers License
• Have all the proper tools to perform tasks
• Clean driving record.
• Consent to background check
• EPA Certified
• Previous experience in HVAC in related field
• Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong work ethic required: initiative, tenacity & enjoys a challenge.
• Must have basic to average proficiency with computers, to include Outlook, and Internet-based programs, experience with Field Pulse a plus.
