HVAC Install Apprentice

Under the direct supervision of the Install Field Supervisor, the primary function of the Install position is to accurately and efficiently install top of the line heating and air equipment in our customers homes.

Salary: $50k-$80k a year

• The following is a list of additional job responsibilities:
• Install HVAC systems per our company standards
• Follow direction from Lead HVAC Installer
• Collect payments and invoice correctly
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked work vehicle
• Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional
• Other duties as assigned to ensure operational excellence

Requirements:

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent, required
• Valid Driver's License
• Trade school or hands-on experience in a trade, HVAC experience
• 1+ year experience in HVAC installation
• EPA certification
• Highly motivated and hard working

Physical Requirements:

• Long periods of standing, bending, stooping, walking, and twisting
• Ability to lift up to 80lbs
• Exposure to inclement weather conditions to include excessive heat and cold
• Fine dexterity with ability to manipulate controls and equipment with hands/fingers
