About the Role:

As an HVAC Install Manager at Aspinwall Plumbing & Heating, your main goal will be to oversee and manage the installation of HVAC systems for residential and light commercial properties. You will be responsible for ensuring that all installations are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with industry standards and regulations. Your expertise and attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will play a key role in training and supervising a team of HVAC installers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proven experience in HVAC installation and project management.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and installation techniques.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications:

• 10 years of experience in residential HVAC installation, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• HVAC certification or relevant trade license.
• Experience in managing and leading a team of HVAC installers.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
• Experience with residential and light commercial HVAC installations.
• Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using HVAC-related software and scheduling tools.
• Exceptional leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide and develop team members at all levels
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service and collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously, maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• EPA certification required; additional advanced certifications such as NATE, HVAC Excellence, or equivalent highly .

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the installation of HVAC systems for residential and commercial properties.
• Ensure that all installations are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to schedule installations and address any concerns or issues.
• Train and supervise a team of HVAC installers, providing guidance and support throughout the installation process.
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and identify any areas for improvement.

Physical Requirements:
