About the Role

As an HVAC Installation Assistant and Duct Cleaning Technician, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our clients enjoy optimal indoor comfort. You'll install and maintain HVAC systems, perform duct cleaning services, and identify opportunities to expand our service offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair refrigeration, heating, and air conditioning systems
• Provide thorough duct cleaning services, including before and after documentation
• Manage inventory and ensure efficient use of materials
• Collect payments and maintain accurate records
• Keep company vehicles and equipment in excellent condition
• Identify and pursue opportunities for additional services

Qualifications

• Experience in residential HVAC and refrigeration
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• Physical ability to lift 50-100 lbs
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Self-motivation and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
