WHAT WE OFFER

When you join us, you earn $70,000 - $90,000/year. You can also receive incentive bonuses! Your typical schedule goes from Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

• Experience in a lead installation position
• Excellent customer service skills

• Bilingual in English and Spanish

As an HVAC Installation Supervisor, you're responsible for making sure our projects run smoothly and our clients are totally satisfied with our work. This is a dynamic role where you work with clients, design new and existing heating and cooling systems, and guide your team in doing a top-rate job. You schedule installation work, strategically assign crews to jobs, and coordinate material deliveries. Driving project efficiency, you handle purchase orders, create material lists, double-check deliveries, and support your team however possible. You oversee project quality and make sure we wow our clients!
