Experienced Lead installer job description:

• Can install from start to finish
• Lead installation crew
• Explain to customer heating and air operation and warranty
• Collect payment on every installation
• Inspect behind install helpers to ensure a thorough job is done by entire team
• Ensure the highest quality of installation
