Job Description:
As the Lead Service Technician, you will be responsible for overseeing HVAC service operations, diagnosing and repairing equipment, and leading a team of technicians. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent customer service skills, and a proactive approach to solving problems.
Compensation:
- $35 to $42 an hour based on experience

Qualification Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in HVAC Service and Repair, with at least 2 yrs in a lead or supervisory role
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a deep understanding of HVAC systems and controls
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Carry a Training Card or License for Low Voltage Wiring for all HVAC components
- EPA Certification required
- NATE Certification
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- WA State 06A or 06B a plus
- PTCS duct testing and commissioning license and experience a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours and be On-Call as needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and train a team of service technicians to ensure high-quality performance
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless units
- Provide accurate estimates and recommendations for repairs, replacements and upgrades to customers
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and company policies
- Collaborate with the service manager to improve processes, enhance customer satisfaction, and grow the service department
- Maintain clear communication with customers regarding service issues and solutions
