HVAC Maintenance Engineer - Residential

Eram Talent is seeking a knowledgeable and skilled HVAC Maintenance Engineer specializing in residential systems to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and performing maintenance, repairs, and installations of HVAC systems within residential properties, ensuring optimal performance and comfort for the occupants. Responsibilities Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems in residential buildings. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues related to heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Conduct repairs and replacements of HVAC components such as thermostats, compressors, filters, and ductwork. Install new HVAC systems and ensure they are set up and functioning correctly. Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance schedules. Educate residents on the proper use and maintenance of HVAC systems. Coordinate with other tradespeople and contractors as needed for comprehensive repairs. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / HVAC technology or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC maintenance, repair, and installation in residential settings. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, heating systems, and ventilation. Familiarity with local HVAC codes and regulations. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Good communication skills and ability to interact with residents professionally. Relevant HVAC certification (EPA, NATE, etc.) is preferred. Willingness to work flexible hours and on-call as necessary.
