We are seeking a Field Operation Manager with expertise in a variety of Industrial/Commercial HVAC concepts, practices and procedures.  You will report directly to the President.

You will be responsible for leading and directing the functional areas of the facilities, scheduling, warehouse, production, and crews.

Essential Functions:

·         Ensure all activities are completed on time and within budget as determined by company objectives

·         Responsible for obtaining profit and margin objectives as determined by the operational budget

·         Develop and maintain Preventive Maintenance Program

·         Review all contracts and quotations to ensure profitable business is maintained

·         Create and maintain a dynamic and vibrant company environment with the goal of continuous improvement, innovative products and services, and ultimate customer satisfaction

·         Ensure compliance with various government laws, rules and safety regulations

Experience Desired:

·         Ten (10) plus years of Operational and/or General Management duties in the industrial/commercial HVAC industry

·         Proven achievement in scheduling, monitoring and developing on time and profitable objectives

·         Verifiable experience maintaining and increasing profitable, serviceable customer base

·         Entrepreneurial aptitude in the start up and/or growth of an organization

·         Knowledge of and experience in production management

·         Verifiable leadership accomplishments regarding human capital management and profitable/effective operations

·         Ability to interact and produce results with employees, supervisors and customers

Candidates are encouraged to apply if they have experience as a Manufacturer’s Rep (HVAC or related industry), General Manager Industrial HVAC, Account Manager (HVAC or related), Large Property or Industrial Facility Manager (if managed mechanical service), or HVAC Maintenance Mechanic.
