Position: Project Manager - Light Commercial Projects Division Location: Brisbane Salary: $130k-$140k + Super + Vehicle + Bonus Sector Focus: Commercial, Education & Retail The Role As a Project Manager within our client's Light Commercial Projects Division, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing projects valued up to $3 million across various sectors including commercial, education, and retail. This is your chance to showcase your expertise and contribute to the success of high-profile projects in the region. Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of project delivery from inception to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Collaborate closely with stakeholders including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to drive project success. Lead project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and productivity. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies. Foster a culture of safety, quality, and excellence on every project site. Requirements: Proven experience as a Project Manager in the HVAC or construction industry. Strong understanding of HVAC systems and light commercial construction processes. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
