HVAC Project Manager - (Nassau & Suffolk Counties ONLY)

We are seeking an HVAC Project Manager to join our team! In this role, will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing HVAC Government projects from start to finish. This includes managing project timelines, budgets, and resources while maintaining strong communication with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

We have major construction sites all over Nassau and Suffolk counties only.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage multiple Government HVAC projects simultaneously
• Oversee project timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule
• Manage project budgets, including labor, materials, and subcontractor costs
• Communicate with clients to provide updates and ensure satisfaction
• Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors for seamless execution
• Ensure projects meet safety and quality standards
• Troubleshoot any project issues and resolve conflicts efficiently
• Ensure compliance with all building codes and regulations
• Provide leadership and guidance to the project team

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an HVAC Project Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installations, and industry best practices
• Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Valid Driver's License & reliable transportation
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members
• Knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Qualifications:

• Strong experience in HVAC Construction, Project Management, and Government contracts.
• HVAC certification or licensure
• Proficiency with project management software and MS Office
