As a Refrigeration Technician, you will perform service and maintenance tasks on commercial and/or industrial refrigeration equipment.
Compensation
- Wage Range Starting at: $28.00+/hr. based on qualifications & experience
Job Duties
- Knowledge of walk-in coolers and freezers, rack systems, draw coolers, prep tables, reach in coolers and freezers and ice machines.
- Performs repairs, overhauls and start-ups of commercial refrigeration systems
- Performs Preventative Maintenance, Site Surveys, Replacement and Modifications
- Control wiring and high voltage
- Interprets blue prints
- Documents work by completing all paperwork on each job
- Prepares for on-site installation and repairs by examining building layout, gathering material and coordinating on-site work with customer and dispatcher
- Trouble shoot issues as they arise
Requirements
- 5 + years of experience working on commercial refrigeration equipment
- Communication and customer service skills
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- EPA Universal Certification
- OSHA 10 (company will provide, if needed)
- Ability to pass a full background screening including MVR and drug screen
- Ability to work overtime including weekends, as needed
