HVAC-R Service Technician 
Dynamic, rapidly growing, leading HVAC-R Installation and Service Company is looking for a self-motivated, experienced HVAC-R Service Technician. The ideal candidate will Must possess excellent customer service skills and have the ability to hit the ground running.  
Essential Responsibilities:
•    Ensure that all activity related to this function is accomplished ethically and prudently.
•    Read and interpret blueprints and building codes to assist with the layout of HVAC Refrigeration systems.
•    Installation and maintenance of HVAC equipment. Troubleshoot as needed.
•    Use hand and power tools to assist with cutting and shaping ductwork, installing fittings, and joining ductwork together.
•    Install thermostats and other HVAC controls.
•    Perform regular maintenance on HVAC-R systems to ensure they operate efficiently.
•    Follow safety procedures and regulations while working on job sites.
•    Maintain proper inventory, parts, tools, and safety equipment. 
•    Maintain accurate records and files related to HVAC-R work and ensure the safekeeping and confidentiality of all company records including computer information.
•    Maintains required EPA refrigerant logs.
•    Respond to service calls and perform emergency repairs as needed.
•    Communicate with clients to assess their HVAC needs and provide solutions.
•    Prepare estimates for HVAC installations and repairs.
Essential Qualifications:
•    Three (3) years of experience in installing, servicing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems as a Certified HVAC-R technician
•    High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
•    Verifiable experience developing quotations for repairs and installations of replacement equipment.
•    Demonstrable analytical skills and attention to detail with ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans and manuals.
•    EPA Refrigerant license.
•    Current Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
•    Effective oral and written communication.
•    Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize work.
•    Team player who takes initiative to make improvements and accomplish work before being asked and collaborates well in a team environment.
