Job Description: We are looking for experienced HVAC/R Technicians to install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration systems for residential and commercial clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC/R systems, exceptional troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC/R systems, including heating, cooling, ventilation and refrigeration components.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC/R system issues to determine the best course of action for repairs or replacements.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure systems operate efficiently and meet safety standards.
• Provide accurate estimates and explanations to clients regarding repairs, maintenance, and system upgrades.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing tasks.
• Maintain and update records of work performed, parts used, and time spent on each job.
• Communicate effectively with clients to address their concerns and answer questions.
• Stay current with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of vocational training or an associate degree in HVAC/R technology is .
• Valid HVAC/R certification or license required.
• Proven experience as an HVAC/R Technician, with a minimum of 2 years in the field.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC/R systems, electrical components, and refrigeration systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work in various environmental conditions and lift heavy equipment as needed.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
