Commercial HVAC Service Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial HVAC Service Sales Representative to join our team. This role focuses on commercial change-outs, business development, obtaining new clients, and coordinating with project managers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our commercial HVAC client base.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels including networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to understand client needs and provide tailored HVAC solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure seamless execution of HVAC change-outs and other services.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in commercial HVAC sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, products, and services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong business development skills with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Compensation:
